Dense, pyramidal, evergreen shrub. Foliage is finely textured, and glossy dark green; may turn bronze-green in harsh winters. Slowly grows in a perfect, wide pyramid, but pruning is needed to maintain spiral shape. Blooms in spring with slightly malodorous, inconspicuous flowers. Protect from wind and keep mulch over root zone.
