Vigorous, twining vine with an early summer show of fragrant soft pink flower clusters. Velvety seed pods follow the blooms, which mature to brown in fall. Dense, green foliage is covered in downy hairs, hence the name Silky Wisteria. Sturdy support is needed. Prune in July to maintain size.
