Small, multi-stemmed, suckering shrub. Foliage is a lustrous dark green, becoming bright crimson in the fall. Blooms in late spring with small white flowers, followed by heavy set of red berries that persist into winter. Best fruit production in the sun. Best used in a mass planting or naturalizing.
