NATIVE- Vase shaped, rounded deciduous tree.  Blooms in mid-spring with white flowers followed by persistent bright red berries.  Foliage is lustrous medium green with purple and scarlet fall color. Less susceptible to rust than the other hawthorns. Easy to grow and very tolerant and adaptable.
