Upright, open, native deciduous shrub. A more refined and compact variety. Blooms in mid summer with large, dense panicles of white flowers that fade to pink. Foliage is dark green changing to red bronze in the fall. Handsome exfoliating cinnamon colored bark. Requires some winter protection and mulch over roots. Easy to grow.
