A native evergreen perennial rush with a striking vertical habit. A great choice for water gardens, rain gardens, and stormwater management projects. Enjoys sunny, soggy areas but is tolerant of intermittent dry conditions and average soil. Provides cover and nesting sites for wetland birds and other wildlife. Deer resistant. Walnut tolerant. Grows 3 - 4' with a 2 - 3' spread.
