Large, dense, rounded, deciduous shrub. Blooms in spring with showy, flat topped white flowers followed by persistent, edible, glossy, bright red tart berries. Foliage is a medium to deep green changing to a dull yellow or red in the fall. Easy to grow with a medium growth rate. Provides excellent support for wildlife and birds and other pollinators, also serving as a host plant.
