Graceful, arching habit in a neat clump.  Plumes appear late in the summer and persist all fall. Excellent for mass planting, mixed with perennials in the border, or as an edging plant. Plant at least a month before frost to get established. Needs well-drained soils in winter.  2 - 3' tall.
