A low-growing, weed-suppressing groundcover with masses of small cobalt blue flowers in spring and sporadically through summer.  Foliage emerges with a purple tint, changing to dark green, then to bronze in the fall. Best when planted in groups. Good for underplanting spring flowering bulbs. 4-6"
