A dense, low-growing yew that branches freely. New growth is lemony yellow that matures to dark green when grown in full shade. Low and elegant form and is easy to care for. Plant in a shady or sunny spot. Requires minimum trimming and is resistant to winter burn. Require a very well-drained site. Makes an excellent hedge, foundation, shrub, border, or as a single specimen in landscapes. Shelters small birds. Deer tolerant.
