A shrubby Japanese maple noted for its lacy texture and ever-changing color. Spring foliage emerges yellow with a pink margin, then summer brings white with reddish orange. In autumn, the leaves transform from orange-red then to red-violet. It has an upright, outwardly spreading, arching habit and a moderate growth rate. Adds unique texture and color to small gardens. Disease resistant, deer resistant, black walnut and rabbit tolerant.
