A cold-hardy evergreen shrub or small tree known for its semi-double, shell-pink flowers that bloom from late winter to early spring. The blooms contrast beautifully with the glossy, dark green foliage. Use as a specimen, in groupings, as hedge or background plant. Attracts bees and butterflies and its dense foliage also provides shelter for birds and beneficial insects.
