NATIVE - Upright, rounded, suckering deciduous shrub. Inconspicuous blooms in summer followed by persistent, shiny red berries. Use 'Jim Dandy' as a pollinator. Foliage is lustrous, dark green, with variable fall color. Will tolerate wet soils, once established. Easy to grow, but slow.
