Upright, open, rounded native deciduous tree. Blooms in spring with large, fragrant dark rose-pink flowers.  Foliage is a bronzed red maturing to medium green, changing to slight yellow in the fall. Easy to grow with a fast growth rate. Very adaptable and tolerant.
